Laconia, NH
Laconia is centrally located in NH, and near the geographical center of the state.
It’s on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee (a 70+ sq mile lake).
We are in the Lakes Region/foothills of the White Mountains and can see the summit of Mt Washington from here.
Since we are a three-season resort area, lodging, restaurants, attractions, and easy access abound.
The roads are nice (and very clean, too), scenery is incredible, and places like the
Christa Mcauliff/Alan Sheppard Science Center
or Squam Lake (from “On Golden Pond” fame with boat ride tours) or the
Tanger Outlet Mall are all within 20 miles.

Leavitt Parkhouse is 3,422 sq ft and has tables, chairs, a small stage, and a kitchen.
